The SPC – Field Executive App collects location data to enable operational features such as attendance tracking, route monitoring, and service verification.

• Precise Location (GPS): Used to verify pickups, deliveries, and service completion.
• Background Location: Collected only during active working hours between Punch In and Punch Out.

Location tracking:

• Starts only after the user selects Punch In.
• Continues during active work sessions, even if the app is minimized.
• Stops automatically once the user selects Punch Out.

We do not collect background location data outside active work sessions.

We use collected information to:

• Manage daily pickup and delivery tasks
• Verify employee attendance and route activity
• Confirm doorstep service completion
• Improve operational efficiency
• Provide support and resolve disputes
